Long-term, repeat clients who travel often work with us on an annual contract basis. Clients who travel occasionally, or are referred to us by an existing client, may hire us on a per trip basis.

Especially during these times of ever-changing flight schedules, we strongly recommend using an air booking service. Our air concierge partner provides expertise, ability to hold seats in advance of purchase, and management of schedule changes. Most importantly, our clients receive 24-hour flight monitoring and rerouting assistance in the event of delays, cancellations or missed connections.
